Information We Collect
Comments. When you leave a comment, we collect what you enter in the comment form (name, email, and website if provided), along with your IP address and browser user agent. We use this to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you have a Gravatar profile. Gravatar’s privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public next to your comment.
Media. If you upload images to the site, do not include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download images from the site and extract that data.
Registered users. If you register an account, we store the information you provide in your profile. You can view, edit, or delete it at any time, except for your username. Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
Cookies
We and our partners use cookies, which are small files stored in your browser.
- Comment cookies: If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies so you don’t have to enter them again. These cookies last one year.
- Login cookies: If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser. When you log in, cookies save your login (two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me”) and your screen display choices (one year). Logging out removes the login cookies.
- Editing cookie: If you edit or publish an article, a cookie stores the ID of that post. It contains no personal data and expires after one day.
- Advertising and affiliate cookies: These are described in the next two sections.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may not work properly if you do.

We never see your purchase details or payment information.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, time on site, and general location. Embedded Content
Articles may include embedded content from other websites, such as YouTube videos or social media posts. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website directly. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

How Long We Keep Your Data
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely. This lets us automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of holding them for moderation. Registered user information is kept until you delete it or ask us to delete it.
Your Rights
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete it. This does not include data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, UK, or certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to make a request.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
